Coeficientul Stelei se calculeaza in functie de victorii si infrangeri, nu daca participa sau nu in cupe europene.
Daca Steaua are coeficient de 100 acum(zic un exemplu) si nu participa 2 ani in europa, tot 100 o sa aibe si peste 2 ani.
Daca are 100 acum si participa in Europa si se face de rusine pierzand meci dupa meci, dupa un an, coeficientul scade. PENTRU CA INFRANGERILE IL SCAD, NU LIPSA DE MECIURI.

Vreau doar sa-ti raspund, pt ca te inseli amarnic, si trebuie sa-ti explice cineva asta. se pare ca nu intelegi sistemul... modul in care se calculeaza coeficientul UEFA nu se bazeaza pe procentajul de victorii si nici nu are cum sa scada in urma participarii in cupele europene (gandeste-te, ar fi absurd, ar insemna ca orice echipa din malta care a jucat doar un tur preliminar unde a avut o victorie si o infrangere ar avea coeficient mai mare ca Steaua care a pierdut o gramada de puncte in UCL).
se calculeaza de fapt pe baza coeficientului campionatului din care provine echipa (33%), plus nr de puncte adunate de echipa in europa in ultimii 5 ani (66%). deci tu esti cam prost informat, si ar fi dezastru pt Steaua sa nu participe 1,2,3 ani la rand in cupele europene. ar trebui s-o ia iar de la capat cu adversari f dificili inca din primele tururi. sper, si sunt convins, ca exista alte solutii de a scapa de cioban decat retrogadarea...

UEFA Country Ranking
For the calculation of the country ranking, points in qualification matches are halved: one point for a win and half a point for a draw. Before 1999 the usual two points for a win and one point for a draw were also used in qualifying rounds. The so-called UEFA coefficients are calculated by taking an average, based on the total number of points divided by the total number of teams of each country. See the country coefficients of 2009 for an example of such a calculation.
The UEFA country ranking is computed by the sum of 5 coefficients in the last 5 years. See the country ranking of 2009 for an example of such a ranking list. To determine the participants in the Champions League and the UEFA Cup the last year ranking is used, because each country should know at the start of the season how many places it disposes.
UEFA Team Ranking
The UEFA team coefficients are calculated as the sum of the number of points of each individual team, and 20% of the country coefficient. From 2004-2008 the contribution of the country coefficient was 33%, and before 2004 the contribution of the country coefficient was 50%. See the team coefficients of 2009 for an example of such a calculation. For the team ranking the match results in qualifying rounds do not count. From 2009 on qualification for the Champions League and the Europa League is rewarded with a number of points based on the reached qualifying round: Champions LeagueEuropa League Q10.500.25 Q21.000.50 Q3-1.00 Q4-1.50 group stage-2.00 (minimum) These qualification points are not cumulative. The 3rd and 4th qualifying round of the Champions League are not rewarded with points because losing teams qualify for the next stage in the Europa League. The group stage of the Champions League is already rewarded with bonus points (see above). The two points for the group stage of the Europa League are a minimum and will not be added to the points obtained during the group stage. So, all participating teams get at least some qualification or bonus points.
