What I do know is that Heerenveen has NOT contracted the player. They have made an offer, but this was to low, so Malmö refused to talk about the transfer.

Today we signed up Mark de Vries, a Dutchman who is playing for Leicester City,England, at the moment.

Therefore he played for Hearts, Scotland. In Holland he played in the first division. He is allowed to play against you in UEFA. I don't know the player, it was not a name which was mentioned before, so Heerenveen surprised us all with this transfer!!!

He is on loan till this summer with an option to buy.

We will see if he can make the difference in the frontline.

We all expected a big name cause of the transfers of Huntelaar and Samaras, but SCHeerenveen stays cool and will wait till summer, I think.

Are you sure about this ? Here in Romania, the newspapers wrote that Heerenven has transfered Alfonso Alves already, he was your player according to them.

PS : What kind of player is De Vries ( midfielder, striker ) ?

Yes I am sure. Malmö asked a transferfee, which Heerenveen didn't want to pay. Malmö even denies now they have talked seriously with SCHeerenveen.

So definitely no Alves!

Mark de Vries is a striker, 1,92m tall, born in Surinam, but raised in Holland. He played for first division teams here, before he left for Hearts of Midlothian, Scotland(2002). He became goalgetter there. In his first game he scored 4 goals! (5-1)

3 Years later coach Lavin left for Leicester and took Mark with him. Last week Lavin was fired and Mark should loose his place in the team, so Heerenveen came at the right moment. He scored the winning goal (3-2) in FA Cup against Tottenham Hotspur. After one year for LC he is leaving for Holland again. That was his goal in near future, cause he built a house one hour drive from Heerenveen, what just had been finished, so timing is perfect for him!

He tried to join the team today, but didn't succeed, so he will not be playing against Ajax tomorrow for the Dutch cup. We are facing Huntelaar then!

How do you think that Heerenveen will win Steaua ? do you think that it will be a hard game or easy ?

Daca e vorba de Samaras, asa este. S-a transferat.

We sold Huntelaar to Ajax first week of January. After he left Samaras wanted to go immediately to Manchester City. We knew he was in the picture of Arsenal and hoped he would finish this season, but suddenly he wanted to leave SCH (?) after ManC. was interested. It came to court, cause Heerenveen didn't want to sell him, just after the sale of our topstriker Huntelaar. Samaras should follow him up.

Samaras lost in court, he had to stay, but the clubs came to an agreement afterall (8,5 m. euro) and he has played his first match against Newcastle last wednesday.How fast can things go!

This means we do not have good strikers at the moment. A subsitute Tarvajärvi, who played in the second team and Bruggink, who is not a real striker.

Nilsson and Yildrim are left/right wingers.

Heerenveen bought Mark de Vries on short notice and he will play against you.

We lost from Ajax 0-3 for the Dutch cup. No score!!!

I think if we played for another hour there would be still 0 on the board We had chances, but nobody could finish it of!

Against you I don't think we have any chance at all if we keep playing this way. We have to wait and see how Mark de Vries will fitt in. He will play next Sunday I hope.
