I listened to the song on the internet. A like it, I think it makes a chance! It was a close finish! I liked nr. 2 and 3 aswell. Nice beat.

I was curious about competitor Mike Peterson (from Holland) He sang together with Maria Radu. I find it a great song, but to slow, not a Songfestival song, if you know what I mean? I understand Mike is known in Romania for a while. I never heard from him, till he was in the newspaper overhere.

He should be competitor in Dutch Festival, but made his choice to go to Romania. He withdraw his songs here.

The National Songfestival is starting on 12th of March. Three acts will sing three songs each. I must say I have no favourite. The songs are totally different, but not good enough, especially now I have heard Romanian song! I bet we end in low place again :? But we have to qualify first, because of our low ranking last year :roll:

The Eurovision contest reminds me of our football league and our "friends" form Dinamo ! It's not a fair one !

Often, not the best song wins, but the song who will produce more money. It's not fair (but what is ?!). Instead is "politically corect".

From the same reason you (Heerenveen) had to play with Dinamo in the group stage. There are other teams in Romania far better than Dinamo...

Although you said our song is a good one, we don't stand a chance. Probably the song from Holland will be, in the end, ranked higher than ours!

And that's why the song will suck at the real eurovision contest. For the same reason Dinamo suck year after year in european competitions

Yes, I agree. But what is fair. Dynamo against OM, last goal didn't count because referee had blown his whistle. Thats why Heerenveen managed to get through! But I am not complaining, by the way

For Songcontest, it mostly has a political issue.

Countries vote for eachother, so who is listening to the song? We will see in the end if we are right with our "suspicious mind" ( 8) )

By the way: Junior Songcontest will been held in Bucaresti on the 2nd December next. I find it adorable those kids on stage

Treble, 3 (blond!) ladies with African drums. It is swinging, but I find it best of the worse :?

It is a song little bit in English, further it is "fantasy language".

I understand these ladies will sing there song on the street of several countries till they officialy has to preform. This is what they did, before they were "discovered" 8)

But tonight, not even one of us can think about music or Eurovision. We have some real problems: our coach is not only incommpetent but is also a big idiot!

I suppose it's a big shame for Heerenveen to be beaten by a team without a real coach!

I bet our teams will meat again next season... in Intertoto Cup !

At the moment the contest of the semifinal has started in Athene. 23 countries have to try to reach first 10 to go to the final.

Holland is number 17. We will see if Holland with Treble cu melodia Amambanda will be a opponent of Romania with Mihai Traistariu cu melodia Tornero on the 20th of May!

Bosnia/Herzegovinia and Russia are high in ranking aswell at the moment.

Well, compliments for Romania, not the winner, but a respectable 4th place. They got points from almost every country. I don't think anyone of you had thought they could reach this place in the first place. Romania can join next time automatically again.

Finland is the winner, I don't know what to think about it. It is not a real "songfestival song", but maybe that's why people have voted for it, cause it is unusual :wink:
