. It's not true, Steaua it not interested in Ebi Smolarek, because becali doesn't have the money to pay him. The club has a maxim wage policy of 120.000 euros/year, and Ebi wants more than that. It was just a rummor. Steaua bought a striker, Stefan Nikolic from Timisoara.

Yes, we know opinion about him in Poland very well. By the way, Golanski plays very bad in previous season for Korona Kielce (team from middle table). He was one of the worst deffenders in our league. For now Pawel is in the second team... Very sad. Injures broken him.
P.S. Maybe other players from my country will play in Romania in future.
Pawel was one of the most respected players from Steaua. After he was selled, probably didn't give so much soul on the field. Steaua was his second home.

P.S. With the all respect for polish people, they are to good for romanian league. Better go to west where they can play at big teams.
He played well for Steaua until he got injured. Unfortunately, from what you say, he didn't haev any luck after Steaua either. Anyway, we will always have respect for him.
